Alexis' BIG Christmas Surprise !
Big Mac attack !
Scott and Scooter thought they were going to hide out at Vovo’s and not have to take pictures, but I caught them, and made them pose and smile pretty! Vovo and Granddaddy were being camera shy, but since Vovo was very busy in the kitchen cooking a feast for all of us I did not make her stop and pose.

The Mall of America has more than 520 stores, a 7-acre musement park, with a rollercoaster, a walk-through aquarium, an entire level of restaurants and a 14-screen movie theater. Gabby, said you need a few days just to go to all the different areas, and even more time if you tried to go to all the stores! Sounds like my kinda place : )

Joel recently participated in a pre-season football kicking competition, at Stars Mill High School. He has never kicked before, and performed very well winning, The Best Place Kicker Contest, winning it with a 40 yard field goal, and The Best Kickoff Contest, for his age group with a 63 yard kick off. Coach Rafter announced that Joel's 63 yard kick off was a record for the Rafter Pro Training Company for a freshman kicker.
For those of you into stats here is a link to the tournament stats: www.rafterprotraining.com/17.html . I think the coach mentioned Joel was the only double winner of the competition. I wish Scott could have gone to cheer Joel on. He has been saying Joel had a a foot on him for quite a while now.
